Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Paralegal role located in Anderson, SC. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research and gathering relevant documents for real estate closing transactions, managing files and maintaining organized records for closings, communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders regarding file updates and documentation, due diligence, handling title insurance, and working with residential real estate transactions on a day-to-day basis ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
- Experience with Title Insurance
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
