Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper organization of products on the sales floor.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all items are available for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls, providing information about products and services.
- Assist in automotive diagnostics by offering insights based on customer needs and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Skills
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience in sales management to drive performance and meet targets.
- Proficient in order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
