Bradley Professional is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join a great customer located in High Point, NC.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth accounting operations. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

The Accounting Clerk will support the accounting department by managing accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.

Duties

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining customer account records.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing vendor invoices and payments.
  • Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Utilize accounting software for daily transactions and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized financial files and documentation for audits and reviews.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounting role is preferred, particularly in accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
  • Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
