Bradley Professional is currently seeking a Property Controller to manage the property financial operations for our client, a real estate & Multi Family Property Company located in Greensboro, NC. This role reports directly to the company owner.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, analyze and interpret leases with annual reviews of the lease abstract and rent roll
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing tenant statements and accounts receivable (rents)
- Oversee tenant accounts to ensure they are billed correctly each month for all rental and additional charges per their lease and investigate and resolve all discrepancies
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Analyze and prepare tenant operating escalations for assigned properties' monthly payment and true-ups
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Analyze and prepare any depreciation
- Compile supporting documentation for tenant audits
- Collaborate with property managers, accounting team and other stakeholders
