As Customer Service representative, your main goal is to take care of your own client portfolio from A to Z. You are in constant contact with our Sales Reps, follow them up on quotes, create orders, and follow up on payments to push orders to our warehouse. Meanwhile you enjoy to build up relationships with our customers.
Responsibility
The following tasks are your main responsibilities :
- Manage client portfolio (create quotes and orders)
- Leadtime responsible (follow up towards our Sales Reps)
- Manage order and quote book
- Client data responsible
- Register phone calls and e-mails in our CRM
- Coordinate complaints between customer, sales rep, service department
- Inform customers proactive on delays
- Activate customers in your portfolio proactive
