Bradley Professional is currently seeking a Vice President of Account Services for a great company located in Greensboro, NC.
The Vice President of Account Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize client satisfaction, manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery. The Vice President will also work closely with internal teams to drive growth, enhance service quality and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilties
- Provide leadership, mentorship and professional development opportunities to the administrative team to foster a high performance culture.
- Implement performance management system and process to set expectations, monitor performance and provide feedback
- Oversee training and development to enhance team capabilities, skills and competencies
- Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the department and organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, address concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Effective strategic deployment and allocation of resources, including financial, human and technological assets to support strategic initiatives, implement performance measurement systems and dashboards
- Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement best practices and standardized processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness
- Approve job closings of projects before sending to Administration team.
- Monitor financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins and profitability, for key client accounts and projects
- Develop and manage account budgets, forecasts and financial projections in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams
- Work collaboratively with all employee to foster a One Team, One Goal Culture
- Develop close relationships between Sales and Marketing Team Members and create alignment across departments.
- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics on scheduling, purchasing, maintaining level of raw materials and process improvement to align project timelines and ensure successful exhibit shipping.
- Effectively manage capacity reporting
