Duties and Responsibilities (Not Limited to)
· Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
· Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
· Answering or transferring phone calls and taking messages for select staff members
· Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
· Compose letters, memos and emails
· Keeping the office database and filing system up to date and organized
· Sorting and delivering all mail and faxes
· Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
Skills and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Experience with various forms of office software and equipment
· Good interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
· Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Able to work independently
· Friendly and professional demeanor
· Excellent customer service skills
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Must love dogs
