What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Therapeutic Support Staff position at Brads House?
Brads House is a trauma informed residential childcare facility for at risk young men ages 8-16. We are a 9-bed program operating out of a home like environment. We are a high-level at-risk facility, and our residents often have extreme behaviors stemming from abuse and neglect they have endured.
We are a small company with big goals of changing the way our state looks at housing and rehabilitating youth with negative behavior patterns. It is important that anyone joining our team is prepared to match the passion and energy we have for serving at risk youth.
As an overnight staff you will be checking on residents every 5-15 minutes and managing any overnight issues that arise. We have house programming and structure you will be trained on in order to help run the house. This is a challenging but rewarding job where you will have the ability to directly affect the lives of young people in our state who need it!
