Position : Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Development Officer (CDO) to lead development strategy and drive the company’s growth in the rapidly changing landscape of land development. This role is critical in shaping their approach to site selection, renewable energy integration, and project execution.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned renewable energy developer with a proven track record of success in large-scale, power-constrained projects. They will bring a fresh perspective to the role, challenging conventional practices and leveraging their expertise in renewable energy to identify and execute innovative development opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in renewable energy development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of renewable energy systems, power markets, and the challenges of power-constrained development.
- Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinker : Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and innovation.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
