What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Sourcing Specialist position at Bradsby Group?
I am looking to hire a Strategic Sourcing Specialist (MRO / Maintenance/ Operations Services) for a client of mine in West Houston. This is a full-time, direct hire role with a very competitive salary ($95K – $105K), 401K match and Pension.
- Lead sourcing initiatives, including the development and execution of sourcing events; drive selection of suppliers in collaboration with cross functional teams; conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing supplier management.
- Develop negotiation strategies.
- Perform business analysis, evaluate market conditions, and negotiate agreements to support cost reduction initiatives.
