They will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, designing data center solutions, and collaborating with customer engineering teams on build-to-suit projects.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience in data center engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be customer-facing to play a bit of a commercial role who understands what works with data center integration and talk through it with the customers.
- 15 years of experience in data center engineering, with a proven track record of success in both engineering consulting firms and internal roles at colocation providers.
- Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operations, with a focus on build-to-suit projects.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on long-term growth and innovation.
- Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
