About the Facilities Maintenance Technician Role
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that the building and grounds are properly maintained and operational. This includes performing routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
Job Qualifications
•3 years of hands-on facilities maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environment
•Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
•Prior experience working with contractors
•Technical school degree or formal training certificates in HVA, plumbing, or electrical systems preferred.
Work Schedule
First Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
OT as required.
