Introduction
We are looking for a full time Project Manager to add to our team! The NPI Program Lead is a strategic, influential leader responsible for overseeing New Product Introduction (NPI) launches, supporting multiple verticals in successful product launches. This individual will manage the full spectrum of Commercialization / Engineer Stage Gate Process-coordinating Sales/Customer, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain elements-to ensure projects are executed meeting (OTIF) delivery targets. Reporting directly to the Site GM, and indirectly to the VP of Operations, the Program Manager will be enabled to act as the primary liaison between Customers/Sales, R&D/MFG ENGR, and Supply Chain regarding NPI initiatives. The role requires technical skills coupled to cross-functional influence, leadership, communication, and the ability to manage up and down the organization leveraging relationships to drive NPI launches on time and to develop win-win relationships with customers.

Job Qualifications
- • Strong mix of technical knowledge, project management skills and cross-functional coordination experience
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in leading Manufacturing Engineering projects in a production machining and design facility.
•Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects in a regulated manufacturing setting (ISO 13485/FDA 21 CFR820 preferred
•Experience at leading a team of engineers and technical staff, without having direct authority of the individuals is needed.
•Experience participating in and managing process improvement and capital expenditure projects within a regulated manufacturing environment. Medical device manufacturing environment ISO 13485 /FDA 21 CFR820 experience is preferred.
•Strong root cause analysis and critical thinking skills and ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
