Bradshaw Supply is a family owned and operated small business that specializes in hydraulic hose assembly, hardware and parts. We offer our farmers and locals access to fuel and piping as well.
We are searching for a candidate who has experience in retail sales, hardware parts and farming as this will be beneficial for assisting our customers. We are an essential business who cater to farmers, loggers, resellers, local and non-local customers and are trusted to have the knowledge and efficiency needed to assist them correctly.
Main Responsibilities
Top Position Duties
- Greeting : Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Cashiering : Complete sales on the point-of-sale register and process cash, card and charge account payment methods
- Tech-savvy : Must be comfortable, experienced and technically proficient using computers, windows desktop, tablets, phones and computer programs.
- Customer Coordination / Assisting Customers : You will be the face of Bradshaw Supply by coordinating customers to the correct departments and associates, while also assisting non-specialty requests. This requires an outgoing, adaptable and personable attitude even during rush times.
- Bolts & Fittings Department : Experience preferred or must be willing to learn every aspect of bolts and fittings. This will be your commissionable department.
- Fuel Pumps : Operate a fuel pump switch from inside the store and keep track of which customers are getting which fuels. We offer regular, premium, diesel and off-road fuel to locals and farms.

Qualifications / Requirements
Previous Experience : Sales, customer service, farm related parts highly preferred and encouraged
Familiarity : Agricultural / industrial parts such as bolts, fittings, general hardware, tools, plumbing.
Proficiency : Computers, windows desktop and using point of sale systems.
Ability : To be on your feet frequently and regularly lifting up to 2lbs and occasionally lifting up to 60Ibs during your shift.
Skills : Strong c ommunication and ability to problem solve.
Knowledge : B asic hardware parts.
Willingness : Learn all aspects of each store department and its contents.
Ability : Be a self-starter employee that can adapt to fast paced clientele and time sensitive tasks.
Required : To learn how to operate a fuel pump system.
Willingness : to adhere to all policies set forth by Bradshaw Supply and to make this a career that you want to exceed in.
Highly Preferred Qualifications :
1-2 years working in cashiering & sales with the same company.
1-2 years experience with agricultural / industrial parts such as bolts, fittings, general hardware, tools, plumbing with the same company or farm. (i.e. ability to distinguish different types of bolts / fittings, experience working on a farm with machinery and tools).
Upon hire, you will be required to learn technical aspects if you do not have current knowledge of bolts, screws, fasteners and other fittings. Current knowledge and experience with these parts is a big PLUS and preferred, but we will train someone eager to learn. Commission will be based on these sales. You will be expected to assist customers without a guide in this department after 90 days.
