Sales Support
This position is essential to the sales team and BradyPLUS. Sales Support are responsible for providing support to dedicated Sales Representatives and their customers. This includes managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery to the customer by meeting the customers, getting to know them and understanding their needs. In addition, provide customers with product information; resolve product or service issues and taking phone calls, faxing, on-line and face to face orders.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
- At least 2 years of Customer Service, Sales Support or Inside Sales experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Customer Focused.
