Job Overview
The service technician position in the Salt Lake City, UT area is responsible for providing routine maintenance and inventory control including chemical delivery, to customers as well as promoting the company's chemical program with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities Include :
- Provide routine maintenance and inventory control and chemical delivery to customers in the restaurant, hospitality and healthcare industries
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
- Invoicing and collections
- Preventative maintenance on commercial restaurant equipment including dish machines, chemical dispensers, water treatment and laundry
- Install commercial dish machines and chemical dispensing systems
- Respond to and resolve emergency service calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train end-users on chemical systems and equipment
- Frequently use hand and power tools
- Safely Driving to customer sites
- Perform minor plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Other duties as assigned
