We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our award-winning office as a Customer Relations Representative . As a representative for the industry leader in insurance, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, solve their problems, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their concerns and providing effective solutions.
Assist customers in navigating insurance policies, explaining coverage options, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing our insurance agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, including insurance regulations and product offerings, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications :
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to customer issues.
Quick learner, able to understand and explain complex insurance policies and coverage options.
Competitive spirit and drive to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required.
Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate through different software systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
