We are looking for an energetic and friendly orthodontic assistant with excellent skills with people. This position works closely with our doctors to provide the highest quality care to our patients. Responsibilities include performing orthodontic clinical procedures with empathy and kindness, providing thorough patient education regarding treatment, while creating a patient experience that reflects superb customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist our orthodontists in providing outstanding patient care
- Perform orthodontic procedures, as trained and instructed, with precision and attention to detail
- Educate patients on oral health and orthodontic care
- Ensure sterilization and organization of instruments and workspaces
- Support administrative tasks when needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred
- Current X-ray certification preferred
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
