-Sell residential and commercial power equipment
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in looking up parts, finding the right products, and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of power equipment and the ability to look up parts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service
