This position receives completed work requests from technicians, reviews the invoicing and processes to ensure an accurate and timely invoice is provided to the customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review of complete and hold queue throughout each day to ensure timely invoicing
- Maintain open communication with the technicians as needed to verify all billable items are captured
- Review all labor, material, equipment, per diem, travel and other related job cost
- Review all internal notes, biller notes and verify bill to account
- Verify all information to accurately invoice the customer
- Work with vendors to request parts invoices for parts that are not applied to the job
- Ensure that all paperwork requirements are completed and attached to the job
- Work with customers to obtain purchase orders, if required
- Close out jobs as they are completed
- Prepare invoices and send to the appropriate customer
- Maintain email requests, keep up to date and ensure timely responses
- Communicate with other departments to complete various tasks for customers and technicians
- Work with Area Service Managers and Field Service Supervisors regarding customer concerns, reporting, etc
- Work with customers to resolve invoice issues
- Use available reports to achieve department goals
- Knowledgeable with the product and services offered by Brady
- Backup/Overflow for Scheduling Coordinator(s), if needed
- Flexibility to take on additional duties in order to meet the department goals and/or overtime, as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
WORK HOURS: Monday thru Friday, overtime/weekends as required

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position works in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
- 5 years minimum of scheduling/dispatching related experience
- 2 years minimum of customer service related experience
- HVAC industry knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
