What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate In-House Counsel position at Brady Sullivan Properties?
Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking a full-time associate in-house counsel to join our expanding Real Estate Development and Property Management company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of insurance procurement and defense experience. The position also requires at least three years of civil litigation experience to include commercial and residential landlord / tenant proficiency. Deposition experience is also beneficial to the requirements of this position. General knowledge of AIA Contracts will be helpful in connection with the Company’s construction activities. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and Company ownership and will deal with various outside counsel and insurance carrier counsel periodically. Superior research and writing skills and the ability to work independently on multiple matters required. NH Bar Admission required. Mass. Bar Admission also preferred but is not mandatory.
