Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! In this revenue-generating role, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive the revenue and margin growth for the assigned Sales Territory. With over 200 customer accounts, this role comes with huge growth opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Meet/Exceed agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Leverage company-created sales material to present to customers
- Deliver on sales goals and targeted growth initiatives
- Attend trainings on company products and services
- Travel to visit potential or current clients.
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Proven ability and track record of delivering on revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-driven personality is a must
