Position Summary :
This position is responsible for providing operational support to a growing Market Access team specifically related to the criminal justice channel. This role will focus on operational execution of criminal justice, trade, and distribution tactics and criminal justice contract management.
This individual will need to have strong contracting and project management experience to manage criminal justice contracts and related alignment, data, analytics reporting, financial reporting, and budget reporting. This role involves ensuring the efficient execution of pricing policies, managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting revenue optimization and market access. The Senior Manager, Criminal Justice Operations works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support strategic goals.
Specific Duties :
- Lead operational plans for Market Access, particularly criminal justice and manage project deliverables.
- Ensure proper system set-up of pricing terms and process rebate payments.
- Manage the day-to-day engagement with external rebate and chargeback partners.
- Offer development and contract document creation for select accounts.
- Analyze and interpret the implications of criminal justice contracting decisions and offer suggestions and alternatives as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of contract management process improvements.
- Liaise between the Market Access, Trade / Distribution, matrix Commercial team and Regional Business Specialists to ensure effective and timely action on key projects, including :
BRIXADI market access post-launch planning and operations including criminal justice distribution network and contracting.
