BENEFIT COORDINATOR / MANAGEMENT TRAINEE ROLE DUTIES
- Keep a positive line of communication between our clients and customers
- Attend client / office meetings to ensure our clients' needs are being met
- Report to the Agency Director about the progress of target goals
- Identify market trends from competitors in the target market
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
