As we continue to pursue new goals, it's an exciting time to join the Bragg team. We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in our Long Beach, CA branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Management: Handle accounts receivables, collections, and payables.
- Preparation: Job and customer setup, including prequalification.
- Daily Coordination: Communicate with the operational team to prepare the next day's work scope.
- Payroll Assistance: Review and code timesheets.
- Data Management: Data entry and organizing daily paperwork.
- Billing: Enter and submit billing invoices.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficiency in basic math operations and data sorting.
- Office Equipment: Knowledge of standard office equipment operation.
- Clerical Procedures: Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
- Office Administration: Knowledge of basic office administration principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the construction services or heavy haul industry.
Work Environment
- Physical Conditions: Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas.
