Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will ensure that all departments work cohesively to deliver a memorable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to hotel policies.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Coordinate night audits and ensure accurate reporting of daily operations.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management practices.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, night audits, and overall hotel procedures is essential.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.42 - $41.82 per hour
