What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop effective legal strategies.
- Prepare compelling settlement demand letters and guide cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, complaints, discovery requests, and motions in California State and Federal Courts.
- Conduct thorough legal research and present persuasive arguments in court.
- Manage the full settlement approval process.
- Oversee the filing and service of legal documents, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Analyze and accurately calculate damages in personal injury cases.
- Collaborate effectively within a busy and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by participating in referral development efforts.
- Explore opportunities for leadership roles with potential for performance-based bonuses.
