Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (USA ONLY)
Monday Through Friday - Hours 10AM-8PM EST
Saturday - 2 Saturdays per month - 8AM-4PM EST
Summary of Position:
Brahmin Leather Works is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to work form the comfort of your own home! This position is responsible for providing a positive customer experience over the phone and/or through email. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of our company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge in order to offer quick and accurate assistance.
Major Functions:
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Answer inbound calls and/or emails to the Call Center and assist customers with specific inquiries.
- Process phone orders, customer return authorizations, exchanges and catalog requests.
- Complete requests for repair forms and handbag registrations, assist with navigation of the Brahmin website, monitor package tracking and all pertinent order information.
- Build the customer’s interest in our product, inform customers of new arrivals, product availability, add on items and leather care products.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Perform administrative functions as necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Prior Call Center Experience Preferred
- Salesforce Service Console Preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours a week between the hours of 12PM-8PM EST Monday through Friday/8AM-4PM EST Saturday (2 Saturdays per month)
- A willingness to learn and a home office or quiet workspace
- High Speed Internet (WiFi works if it meets speed requirements)
- Team player with proven organizational skills; ability to multitask
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and solicit feedback to improve service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to create grammatically correct written responses without any spelling errors
- Basic computer skills and excellent phone disposition

Salary : $32,400 - $41,000
