Job Description
The Full-Time Key Holder will work closely with the Store Manager to create an exceptional store environment that delivers outstanding sales and customer service. This role involves managing a team of sales associates, setting sales goals, and driving brand loyalty through exceptional selling interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Management:
- Coach and develop sales associates to maximize individual and team performance.
- Maintain positive working relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Educate the store team on fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager to stay informed about company initiatives and store activities.
- Sales and Service:
- Achieve sales and service metrics, including DPTs, UPTs, AURs, and Customer Conversion.
- Foster a strong selling environment by holding associates accountable for productivity standards and sales metrics.
- Analyze store reports to optimize performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales.
- Lead by example and maintain consistent selling and service standards.
- Building Clientele:
- Develop strategies to grow key sales and service metrics.
- Ensure exceptional selling interactions that build meaningful experiences and brand relationships.
- Drove brand loyalty by supporting service enhancers and local business partnerships.
- Store Operations:
- Plan and prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
- Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Protect company assets and ensure a safe work environment.
- Support the planning and execution of Brahmin brand visual direction.

Qualifications
- High School or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience.
