Job Description:
- The Full-time Key Holder will partner with the Store Manager to create a store environment that provides exceptional sales and customer service.
- Manage a staff of sales associates and be responsible for achieving sales goals.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a strong selling team.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Talent Management: Coordinate staff, provide timely coaching and feedback, maintain positive working relationships, support education, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Sales and Service: Achieve sales and service metrics, lead by example, maintain consistent selling and service standards, analyze reports, and optimize performance.
- Building Clientele: Manage and guide associates to market Brahmin brand initiatives, grow key sales and service metrics, and drive brand loyalty.
- Store Operations: Plan and prioritize tasks, maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards, protect company assets, and support visual direction.
