Who we are:
Brain Balance is a multi-modal multi-sensory neuro-rehabilitation program for kids with ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, Autism, and other neurobehavior / neurodevelopmental disorders with a focus on brain development.
Our process is completely revolutionary and different from conventional therapies for these kids and can be a total game changer for them to experience breakthroughs they have never experienced before. We also see kids who simply want to improve their game and function at their highest level.
Our program is incredibly inclusive and only has 2 requirements: 1. You have a brain; and 2. You want a better brain.
Who we are looking for:
We are in search of an exceptional individual to connect with and serve our families from day one of their child's program. Your purpose is to meet with students and families and guide our guide them through our program as well as to coach students directly when necessary.
In addition to this, you would be directly responsible for the oversight and execution of daily center operations and report to the company's owner.
Requirements:
- Genuine interpersonal skills
- Above average EQ
- Ability to read people, see the big picture, and adapt
- Must be outgoing, well spoken and possess soft people skills
- Experience in education, intervention, or neurodivergent children, IEP, 504, etc.
Hours
Monday: 8:45am – 1:00pm 2:00pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday: 8:45am – 1:00pm 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:45am – 1:00pm 2:00pm - 7:30pm
Thursday: 8:45am – 1:00pm 2:00pm - 7:30pm
Friday: 8:45am – 1:15pm
