🔧 Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (physical and digital)
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical duties
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner
Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with patience and problem-solving skills
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
💻 Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is often preferred
