he Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative plays a dual role, providing vital support to office operations while also serving as a key point of contact for customers. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of administrative tasks and customer interactions efficiently and professionally.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records (physical and digital)

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical duties

  • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed

Customer Service
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with patience and problem-solving skills

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues


💻 Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is often preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus)

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
