Job Responsibilities:
· TMS Administration: Perform TMS treatments as prescribed, ensuring the accurate placement of the paddle and fidelity to protocols.
· Patient Interaction: Establish positive relationships with patients, address concerns, and provide support during treatments.
· Treatment Monitoring: Observe patients during sessions, making necessary adjustments and responding to adverse reactions.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records, ensuring all charting is completed by the end of the day.
· Quality Assurance: Adhere to TMS protocols, maintaining the high standards of the BHH culture and vision.
· Collaboration: Work closely with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
· Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance checks on TMS equipment.
· Safety and Compliance: Ensure the treatment environment is clean and sanitized and complies with all health and safety regulations.
· Training and Education: Stay informed on TMS advancements and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
· Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology and the nervous system.
· Technical Skills: Proficient with computers for electronic record-keeping.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
