Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Brainard-Nielsen Marketing (BNMSALES.com) is a respected manufacturers' rep firm growing and expanding its presence in the electronic components market. This position will be based in our Rolling Meadows, IL office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales, Customer and Principal Engagement:
- Respond to corporate distribution quotation requests
- Submit customer quote and sample requests to principals
- Provide lead times and product availability information
- Offer timely customer support
- Assist with lead follow-up and marketing activities
- Engage with channel/distribution partners
- Data Management:
- Manage sales reporting and reconciliation
- Upload and maintain data in Repfabric CRM, including new customer accounts, contacts, and sales details
- Develop and maintain Power BI templates for seamless data interpretation and action
- Prepare data for weekly review meetings, highlighting customer trends and opportunities
- Draft presentations for company meetings, principal QBRs, and distributor reviews using Power BI visuals and Repfabric data
- Collaborate with management to identify areas of improvement
- Work with principal CRMs, such as Salesforce, to input and maintain data
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Ability to travel overnight as necessary
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRMs, Power BI, and Microsoft programs
- Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills
