BrainBox AI utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors : Buildings.
Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.
An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. We are looking for an aggressive Senior Sales Director to drive revenue growth through the sale of our AI-enabled energy management solutions to multi-site, commercial customers and partners. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding, diagnostic selling skills, and a proven track record in complex B2B sales environments. The role involves managing a regional territory within North America, with a focus on multi-site properties and portfolios. It is a remote position that requires extensive travel within the assigned region, approximately 50-60% of the time.
What you will do
- Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, including facility managers, sustainability directors, and C-suite executives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals demonstrating ROI and environmental impact
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRM system
- Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth
- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Monitor customer satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for escalations
- Technical Capabilities
- Develop deep understanding of BrainBox AI's technology and its application in building energy management
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions for complex customer requirements
- Stay current with HVAC industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
