What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Brainbuilders?
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA at Brainbuilders, you will lead the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans, supervise and mentor behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure the highest level of care. You will also receive Supervision from our amazing BCBA Supervisors. You will play a key role in making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and provide mentorship to behavior technicians.
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Train and support families and caregivers in ABA strategies.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and interventions.
- Experience with FBAs and behavior intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for making a positive impact on individuals with developmental disabilities.
