What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Brainbuilders?
BrainBuilders, a well-established ABA agency; providing services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a self-starter, able to multitask, receptionist/office assistant for a full-time position. Candidate should be proficient with MS Excel and Word, be extremely detail-oriented and organized and possess excellent time management, problem solving, customer service and writing skills.
Tasks Include:
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via email and phone
- Scheduling and updating active calendars
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Client coordination and assigning therapy rooms
- Perform data entry in client software system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing etc.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by your manager
