Job Overview
Wednesday night soccer practice all summer long!
One night per week. 4:00 - 8:30pm
Coaching payers from ages 3-12
Duties
- Engaging soccer training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Educate players on the rules of soccer, strategies for gameplay, and the importance of physical fitness.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring that all players receive equal attention and opportunities to improve.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their individual goals.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and competitions.
- Promote a healthy lifestyle by encouraging participation in additional sports or activities such as basketball, swimming, karate, or physical education.
Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields is preferred.
- A background in physical education or related disciplines will enhance your ability to educate young athletes effectively.
