What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Delivery Driver position at Brainerd General Rental?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our yard/service team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional equipment rental experience. This is a role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for working with equipment.
Duties:
- Loading ,unloading and securing equipment
- Provide training and guidance to customers on equipment usage
- Equipment check in and evaluation
- Equipment service and repair
- Monitor and prep upcoming reservations
- Safely hook up trailers to customer vehicles
Skills:
- Ability to interact with customers regarding rental equipment
- Operate, load and unload a wide variety of compact equipment
- Load securement
- Equipment diagnostics and repair
- Parts ordering
- Knowledge of power tools, tree trimming, landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, groundskeeping, and general landscaping or excavation practices is a plus
