Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers and installers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries with professionalism. Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7am-5pm.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Schedule appointments, and manage modifications with customers as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
- Promptly and accurately order products and process paperwork upon receipt.
- Process payments.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer support role is needed.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication.
- Proficiency in office software and computerized systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a medium-paced environment.
