What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tech Support Specialist position at BrainMaster Tech?
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Technical Support Specialists troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Moreover, Technical Support Specialists need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.
Technical Support Responsibilities: Basic Skill:
- Basic knowledge of how to navigate Windows 10/11 Operating System
- The Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, with minimal effort
- Basic knowledge of how to utilize Peripherals that connect to a PC
- Have a calm, and upbeat attitude
Bonus Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 11/10/8/7 (ie: Hot Keys, shortcuts, etc.)
- The ability to Troubleshoot issues, that might not have a Direct Answers
- The Ability to easily multi-task between projects/calls
- Prior Customer Service Experience
- Prior experience working with Remote Access Applications (ie: TeamViewer, To Assist, etc.)
Bi-Lingual a plus!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
