Overview

We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to help shape the strategic direction of our clients' brands. This role is integral to our strategy team, working with clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations to develop powerful, insight-driven brand strategies. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to create work that not only delivers business growth but also builds cultural impact. Your ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling strategies will be key in guiding brands forward.

As a Senior Designer at Brains on Fire, you will:

  • Serve as the lead strategist on client accounts, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, accounts, and research, to develop cohesive and innovative brand strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, customer analysis, and competitor assessments to identify key insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze data and trends to uncover market opportunities and challenges, using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Develop insights that become fundamental to clients’ business success, ensuring brands resonate with their audiences.
  • Design and facilitate bespoke research methodologies, such as workshops, surveys, and focus groups, in partnership with research experts.
  • Develop compelling and differentiated brand positioning that aligns with business objectives and deeply connects with target audiences.
  • Craft clear and impactful messaging frameworks that communicate a brand’s value proposition across various channels and touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop thoughtful and insightful briefs for internal teams, guiding them to execute with precision and creativity.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, brand expansions, or market entries.
  • Create marketing plans and initiatives that align with the brand’s strategic positioning and target audience.
  • Provide strategic direction for ongoing marketing efforts, ensuring effectiveness across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and thought leadership on marketing opportunities and challenges.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
  • Serve as the key strategic point of contact for client teams, engaging in thoughtful conversations and advisory meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct client workshops and presentations to communicate strategies, results, and recommendations effectively.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

100,000 - 150,000 USD per year(United States)
