Customer Success Manager:
We are looking for a contract Customer Success Manager who can start immediately and available through June. We need a minimum of 25 hours (5 days a week). Must have experience working directly with K-12 schools in a support/customer service role.

What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our school partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for success, leveraging our tools and resources to maximize impact.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
- Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best!
- Onboard, launch and support customers.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of one year experience in a Customer Success position within K-12 schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership.
- Hospitality experience would be a bonus!
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results.
- A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for tackling new challenges and opportunities.
Salary : $30 - $35
