You will report to the Senior Brand Design Manager and collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to achieve outstanding design outcomes.Responsibilities
- Lead & oversee project lifecycle for packaging design rollouts and updates, ensuring adherence to performance targets via our Global Design Process.
- Coordinate updates across design portfolios, managing design adaptation files, guidelines development & updates, and color proofing.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Design Managers to align design projects with brand guidelines & business objectives.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders, and agencies to resolve challenges.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring seamless design-to-production integration.
- Serve as a strategic design lead and as the primary contact for adaptive design projects, and able to present deliverables in design reviews with confidence on proposals & recommendations.
- Responsibly track & manage budgets with transparency, efficiency to deliver highest quality outputs, encompassing project budgets, rate card audit, and yearly estimate projection.
- Develop strategic and coherent presentations to help deliver excellent design systems solutions (visual examples required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in packaging design and print processes within CPG environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, in a consistent 40-hour week-basis.
