What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Marketing Manager position at Braintrust?
About The Company
Braintrust is building the modern platform for evaluating and deploying AI systems. Our mission is to help enterprises build trust in their AI by making it easy to test, monitor, and improve models using real-world evaluation frameworks. We work with cutting-edge customers in finance, healthcare, and tech who are building production-grade AI systems.
About The Role
At Braintrust, we believe in meeting developers where they are, and creating unforgettable moments that bring our story to life. Field marketing isn’t just about event logistics. It’s about designing high-signal, high-impact experiences that engage the most innovative AI teams in the world.
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who’s excited to build our event and community footprint from the ground up. Someone who can dream up creative concepts, obsess over execution, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to turn events into pipeline. You’ll help shape how Braintrust shows up: at conferences, in private dinners, and in curated developer communities.
This role blends event strategy, partner coordination, and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. If you love crafting standout experiences, obsessing over details, and figuring out what actually drives results - we’d love to meet you.
What you'll do
Braintrust is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
