- To Note: This role requires to be onsite in our HQ office in Great Neck, New York 4-days per week*
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting buy-side financial institutions.
- Plan and implement lead generation initiatives and creative client engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with regional sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage and track digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Create traditional and digital marketing collateral to support business objectives.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Track campaign performance metrics and manage marketing budgets.
- Adapt marketing strategies to changing business needs with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Travel as needed to support marketing activities.
- 3 years of marketing experience in a financial technology firm (preferred) or financial institution.
- Proven ability to contribute to marketing plans and execute campaigns effectively.
- Strong experience in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Ability to work across multiple marketing channels (social media, content, digital marketing).
- Strong collaboration skills with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Hands-on execution ability without heavy reliance on vendors.
- Experience managing digital campaigns, metrics tracking, and budgets.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work within direct and dotted-line reporting structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
