About the role
Braintrust is looking for our first Sales Development Manager to focus on hiring, developing, and leading a highly driven team of sales development representatives.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of SDRs, the strategy and operations of our outbound & inbound sales motions, and the data expert on our sales development team.
What you'll do
- Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional SDR talent
- Train the SDR team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Build a playbook across different segments of the business to generate consistent opportunity flow for the sales team
- Ensure SDRs improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback
- Foster a winning culture and high-energy environment where people love coming to work
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
