What you’ll be working on
- Lead a major rebranding project for a notable PepsiCo brand
- Manage the redesign of brand logo, packaging, marketing materials, digital assets, and more
- Oversee all aspects of the project from concept to completion
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams and external agencies
- Ensure design deliverables meet brand and business objectives
- Track and report on project KPIs and metrics
- Manage project risks and issues that may impact timeline or budget
- 8 years of experience managing design projects in a large enterprise environment
- Expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and brand redesign process
- Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with project management software like Asana, Jira or Microsoft Project
- Degree in graphic design, marketing or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Plano, TX at least 3 days per week
