SAP FICO Consultant

Required Qualifications & Skills: •

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.

• Experience:

Over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support.

o Proven track record in SAP FICO technical architecture and delivering complex solutions in large, global SAP environments.

o Strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes and integration with other SAP modules.

o Expertise in ABAP programming for FICO-related developments, custom reports, and interfaces. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including migration from ECC to S/4HANA, is a plus. •

Technical Skills:

o In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other modules (SD, MM, PP, HR, etc.).

o Experience with SAP FIORI, SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), and other SAP-related tools is a plus. o Hands-on experience in SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP, Agile, and SAP Activate.

o Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, internal controls, and audit practices.

• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business requirements, design effective technical solutions, and provide innovative solutions for system performance and issues.

• Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and lead projects from initiation to completion.

• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing large-scale SAP FICO implementations or enhancements with a focus on timelines, budget, and quality. Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO Certification

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration projects

• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices for Finance and Controlling

• Experience in managing global SAP environments with multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-language configurations.
