- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and investor communications.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Oversee the company’s accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk management functions.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
- Optimize the company’s capital structure and working capital management.
- Serve as the primary financial liaison with private equity partners.
